Member Concern: If you have a concern, try to take care of it with your immediate supervisor utilizing the Informal Grievance: Interest Base Problem Solving form.
Per article 8.4.1.1 in our contract, "the aggrieved person shall, within the twenty (20) day time limit, attempt to resolve the claim by an informal interest based problem solving conference with the immediate supervisor utilizing the Informal Grievance: Interest Based Problem Solving Form. At the request of the unit member, an Association representative may assist with interest based problem solving."
