  • Shared that we are all in this together

  • Has been working with Gayle re: IBPS training getting it down to 1 day versus 2 as it has been in the past
  • Jan 24 is tentative date for IBPS

  • Concern with whether or not the grades will be there when the switch is flipped back to ECHO
  • Dave shared that nothing will take place until the end of the semester/trimester
  • If ECHO is working then continue to enter grades, if not use Aeries and IT will provide support for those teachers that need refreshers
  • Intent is to let ECHO demonstrate that it is the right platform.  If problems continue Cabinet will look at whether or not we need to find a different platform.
  • Seems current goal is to make ECHO work, not inquiry based learning work
  • Instruction has to work
  • District is giving ECHO a chance to make good, however there isn’t hesitation to explore new options to include Google Classroom
  • We need to figure out what we need and then find out what programs will best meet our needs - is anyone checking to see what LMS system works best with Aeries?
