- Form Responses -
- November accountability report showing what reps are following through with at their sites.
- Concerns brought up at sites are taken to council and addressed there
- Concern regarding what one’s responsibility on leadership is was discussed. Many sites are being told how it is going to be there isn’t IBPS going on. In the spring is when leadership team should be deciding on stipends, how it is going to be split etc. Would be nice if there was a skeleton model so we would have something to go by. Asked if access could be made to other sites guidelines for rolls, responsibilities etc. As site reps we should be on our school’s leadership team. Suggestion was made to have a training for principals like teachers have for PLC’s to train them on what a Leadership team meeting is and how it runs.
- Chief Negotiator

- 12/2/17 Redwood Service Center meeting anyone who is interested in attending let Gayle know. Districts handled fire time off differently, St. Helena is extending their school year and did away with minimum days. If any days are missed they have to be made up in St. Helena. We ended up looking pretty compared to some of our neighboring districts in regards to outcome of fire in regards to pay, etc.
