- Possibility that we won't be going back to 5 days in the fall will more than likely continue with Phase 3 as it is now

- Michelle recommended that we do an actual meeting with council, union etc. Members are not listening especially when they get emails.

- We are currently down 615 students at the elementary level
- 39 positions (25 elementary and 14 secondary) total so far originally was at 22 with 11 at elementary and 11 at secondary
