- Workload (echo, etc.) - working on matrix to be used for anything that comes through the district and to make sure all stakeholders are heard. ECHO continues to be a workload issue, the more things that we can send on to workload committee what supervsor is asking us to do request for a streamlined ECHO for those teachers who just want ECHO for a gradebook and agenda. Technology is turning on Google Classroom. It is currently turned on for elementary and will be turned on for Middle and High at the end of June. If people want to start google clsasroom now technology asks that you come down to technology for a quick training. We have a two year contract with ECHO through the 2017-18 school year. Trying to get Napa Learns to pay for ECHO in its entirety.

Piloting new evaluation system next year since contract gets looked at
- Stipends - taken care of
- PBIS - in limbo right now, conversation with special ed since some feel that the frequent flyers are mostly sped students. Intention was good, but again funding was an issue and it was brought to the board without proper training and implementation. it works for some, but not all
